20+ years specializing in transmission service for European luxury, performance, and daily-driven vehicles. From a Mercedes 7G-Tronic to a Porsche PDK, from a manual M3 clutch to a track-prepped gearbox β honest diagnostics, dealer-level expertise, independent shop pricing.
From a Mercedes 7G-Tronic to a Porsche PDK, from a BMW DCT to a classic 4-speed manual β we have the tools, training, and 20+ years of experience to service them all. We're not a chain shop guessing our way through a complex job.
Dynasty is a specialty independent that's seen most failure modes other shops never encounter. The same crew that preps our Ferrari 488 Challenge and Lamborghini HuracΓ‘n Super Trofeo for GT3 club racing services your transmission. Race-team discipline. Real diagnostic process.
Dynasty services transmissions across European luxury, performance, exotic, domestic, and Asian platforms. If it shifts gears, we work on it.
Dynasty handles the full range of transmission work β diagnose, service, repair, rebuild, replace. Honest assessment of what your car actually needs.
Computer scans, road tests, and physical inspection to identify problems before they become catastrophic. Most shops guess. We diagnose.
Manufacturer-spec fluid changes for European automatics, DCT/PDK, and CVTs. The right fluid matters β we use OEM-grade or better, never generic.
Daily-driver clutch jobs to twin-disc performance setups. We service everything from a 911 PDK to a manual M3 to a track-prepped GT-R.
Full teardown, inspection, parts replacement, and reassembly. We rebuild rather than replace when it makes economic sense β saving you thousands.
When rebuild isn't the right call, we source quality remanufactured units or new OEM transmissions. Honest recommendations on which path is right.
Transmission cooling upgrades, performance clutches, gearset swaps, and race-specific builds for SCCA, NASA, and track-day applications.
Two decades servicing the most demanding transmissions in motorsport and on the street. Our techs have seen failure modes most shops never encounter.
We don't just service street cars. We campaign a Ferrari 488 Challenge and Lamborghini HuracΓ‘n Super Trofeo at the highest levels of GT3 club racing. The discipline shows up in every job.
We tell you what's wrong, what's not, and what can wait. Dealerships often push full replacement when a rebuild or service would do. We don't.

A transmission rarely fails without warning. Knowing the signs early can mean the difference between a $400 service and a $4,000 rebuild. Here's what to watch for.
The car hesitates before engaging gear, or shifts feel rough. Usually fluid degradation, solenoid failure, or clutch wear in DCTs.
Engine RPMs climb but the car doesn't accelerate. Often clutch wear (manual / DCT) or band / clutch pack wear (automatic).
Vibration during gentle acceleration, especially at low speeds. Common in torque converter lockup or DCT clutch issues.
"Transmission fault" or "limp mode" warnings. Don't ignore β driving with these can convert a $500 fix into a $5,000 rebuild.
Red, brown, or pink fluid under the car. Transmissions don't burn fluid β if it's low, it's leaking somewhere.
Whining, humming, or grinding sounds that change with speed. Usually pump or bearing issues β caught early, often fixable.
Hearing or feeling any of these? Get a transmission diagnostic at Dynasty before it gets worse.
Real customers. Real saved money. Real expertise that dealers can't match.
Mercedes dealer quoted me $9,800 for a transmission replacement. Dynasty rebuilt it for $4,200 and it's running better than before. Saved me five grand and probably another five years of service.
They built a track-prepared transmission for my GT3 Cup car that's held up through three full seasons of NASA Time Trials. Most shops won't even touch this stuff.
I thought my transmission was toast. Dynasty did a real diagnostic, found out it was just a solenoid pack. $600 instead of $4,000. Honest shops still exist.
We service drivers from Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Apopka, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, and throughout Central Florida. Track-day customers travel from across the state for our specialty work.
