Prius. Lexus hybrids. Taycan. e-tron. Rivian. Lucid. Mercedes EQ. BMW i3 / i8. Modern hybrid and electric vehicles need a shop that understands battery systems, thermal management, and dealer-level diagnostic protocols. Dynasty has spent 20 years in deep diagnostics β exactly the foundation hybrid and EV service requires. Driving a Tesla? See our Tesla service page β
For a long time, hybrid and EV owners were stuck. Take it to the dealer or hope a friend's mechanic could figure it out. The dealer charges premium prices for routine work, books out for weeks, and the experience often feels transactional.
Dynasty is the third option β an independent shop with the diagnostic depth, equipment, and patience to actually understand modern hybrid and electric drivetrains. We're not learning on your car. We've been doing factory-level diagnostics for 20 years across every major platform. Hybrid and EV systems are an extension of what we already do.
From routine maintenance on a Prius to high-voltage diagnostics on a Taycan β Dynasty handles the full range of modern hybrid and electric vehicle service.
Hybrid battery health checks, individual cell module testing, conditioning, and replacement on Prius, Lexus, and other major hybrid platforms.
We scan and diagnose supported high-voltage system faults on Taycan, e-tron, Rivian, Lucid and Mercedes EQ to determine the likely area of concern β module communication, charging-system and thermal faults included.
Tesla has its own page with full detail on scope, common concerns and alignment. Tesla Service Orlando β
EV brakes need different attention β regenerative braking changes wear patterns. We service brake systems with EV-specific knowledge, not chain-shop guesswork.
EVs are heavy. Suspension wears differently. Alignment matters more (especially for tire life). We do precision alignment with weight-loaded specifications.
Considering a used Taycan, Lexus hybrid or Rivian? We scan all modules, check battery state of health, and inspect for hidden issues before you buy.
Where the line sits on high-voltage work, before you drive across town.
For Tesla and other EVs, Dynasty handles general diagnostics, mechanical repairs, suspension, steering, brakes, alignment, tires, A/C, cooling-system concerns, low-voltage electrical issues, maintenance, and certain EV-related diagnostic procedures.
We can scan and diagnose supported high-voltage system faults and determine the likely area of concern. We do not advertise internal battery-pack repair, battery cell or module replacement, inverter repair, or internal drive-unit repair. Manufacturer-restricted programming, security access, or certain high-voltage repairs may require Tesla or the manufacturer.
Hybrid battery work is different: on Prius, Lexus and other established hybrid platforms we perform battery health checks, module testing, conditioning and replacement as routine service.
Most independent shops avoid hybrids and EVs because they're intimidating β high-voltage systems, manufacturer-specific tools, software-driven diagnostics. Most chain shops won't touch them at all. The dealer is technically capable but slow and expensive.
Dynasty bridges the gap. 20 years of advanced diagnostic experience, factory-level scan tools, ongoing high-voltage training, and the same attention-to-detail standards we apply to a Ferrari race car. Your Prius or Taycan gets real expertise, not guesses.
From mainstream hybrids to the latest electric vehicles β we work on the platforms that actually matter to Orlando drivers.
This is a flat diagnostic fee — not our hourly labor rate. It covers finding the fault. Any repair is quoted separately, and nothing gets done until you approve it.
BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, and hybrid/EV platforms. Factory-level scan tools and the experience to read what they actually report.
Lexus, Acura, Infiniti, Corvette, and everything else in the bay. Same process, same equipment, same standard.
Most shops start the clock at one hour and keep billing. Level One includes the first two. Specialized testing beyond that — compression, smoke, or UV leak detection — is discussed and approved before we proceed.
How it works
1. We document your concern, inspect the vehicle, and run a computer diagnostic scan where needed.
2. We tell you what's wrong, what it costs to fix, and what can wait.
3. You decide. Repair pricing is quoted separately and never starts without your approval.
A proper diagnosis is the cheapest part of any repair. Guessing is what gets expensive — parts replaced that didn't need replacing, and a car that comes back with the same fault.
Hybrid battery and drivetrain work can be a significant repair bill. If you'd rather spread the cost over time, we work with two financing partners β one for good credit with 6-month 0% promotional financing, one for income-based approval with no credit pull.
